Orders can be canceled until its invoicing and transfer of the courier (order status: shut, sent a consignment). To cancel your order please contact our Customer Service by sending an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. In the message, please enter the order number you want to cancel. Employees Customer Service once read the message cancel the order and inform the customer of this fact by email.
Complaints and returns:
Please pay attention to the condition of the package upon its reception. Make sure that the consignment is not damaged: eg. Mechanically; if a security no signs of interference (compromised tape), etc. If there are any damage, open the package and check if the goods ordered by the State has not been damaged during transport. If the products are found to be damaged then you should file a complaint.
Description of the complaints procedure:
Buyer may submit complaints regarding Sellers concluded agreements at email@example.com, or in writing to the address Sprzedawcy.Poprawnie complaint should contain at least the following:
name, address, e-mail address of the Buyer, the date of conclusion of the Agreement constituting the basis for the complaint, the subject of the complaint, indicating the request of the Buyer, all the circumstances justifying the complaint.
If given in the complaint data or information need to be supplemented, before dealing with complaints the seller asks for submitting a claim for supplementing the indicated range.
Seller shall consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt in the correct form. The answer to the complaint is sent to the specified by the Buyer e-mail address or postal mail.

The consumer's right of withdrawal:
Within 14 days of receipt of purchased items or - in the case of services -zawarcia agreement, the Buyer (consumer) may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. In this case, the Seller shall reimburse all payments received from the Purchaser. To withdraw from a distance contract, the Seller must submit a statement of will, by writing to the email address: firstname.lastname@example.org. The buyer may use the model withdrawal, given below.
